In the Intensive Experience, I offer a private yoga class to individuals, partners, or small groups. This is a great way to have my full attention so that I can guide you in any area that you would like to work on, like basic skills, more advanced poses, or related techniques like mindfulness meditation and breathwork. It’s your choice, based on the area you would like to develop.
The At-Home
Experience
The reality of modern-day life is that we have hectic schedules and cannot always find the time to attend a yoga class at the local studio or gym. But that doesn’t mean that you have to miss out! I offer both online live streaming classes and virtual classes that you can follow from the comfort of your own home, at any time that suits your schedule.

The benefits of yoga are enhanced when we experience it together as a community through group classes. Whether it is in an open space like a park, gardens, or an office, I bring groups of people together to explore the physical poses of yoga, as well as mindfulness, breathing techniques, and other mind-body exercises that restore your health and wellbeing.
