Welcome! I’m Adriana.

I’m certified through the 200-hour LifePower Yoga Teacher Training and 200-hour Gokul Hatha Teacher Training Courses. I am a also mindfulness teacher, full of joy to share what I know about yoga! My mission is to help you embark on a journey of personal transformation that will strengthen you both physically and mentally.  

How yoga came into my life

For many years, my physical activity centered around running and lifting weights.  While these activities helped me to be in great shape, I felt that something was missing, so I joined a yoga class at a local health club. Through yoga, I realized what was missing: I was seeking more than physical exercise - I needed something that would help me grow on a mindful level by reconnecting to my inner self again.

The more I practiced yoga, the more complete I felt. I discovered a new sense of wellness when I learned to turn my awareness inward, focus on my breath, quiet my mind, and truly reconnect with my body.  

After I enrolled in the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program at LifeTime Fitness in 2018, I experienced a rebirth, and my life changed. I no longer felt empty or that I lacked purpose. Instead, I achieved a new level of conscious awareness about how I can feel my best and help others do the same.  

But I didn’t stop here. I completed a 200-hour Gokul Hatha teacher training course online for three months in 2021, where I could improve even more my personal practice and also my teachings. 

 
 

My Mission

Why I teach yoga

My goal with WeAreJustOneYoga is to teach you how you can change your life just like I did, through yoga and mindfulness. If you are eager to learn new things, enjoy new experiences, and tackle new challenges, then I am here to show you the way, with loving and patient guidance.  

I teach yoga because I truly believe that everyone can bring their health and their lives to a new level by focusing on the mind-body connection. I want to help others who are not at peace and who feel that something is missing, just like I did before I began my yoga practice. 

 
 
 
 

What I Offer

You are welcome to join me whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner. We can learn and grow in self-awareness together at any stage of our journey.

 
 

Variety of Classes and Programs

I offer a variety of classes and programs to make yoga accessible to everyone. Some of the classes are for beginners, while others focus on advanced poses and techniques. There are private classes for individuals, as well as partner and group classes.  I work with my students both online and in person.
